[mICQ] Compile from CVS problem

... and I'm not aware what they changed for automake 1.9. However,
http://www.micq.org/source/micq-cvs.tgz is always the latest snapshot
(currently http://www.micq.org/source/micq-cvs-2007-02-12-23-01-22.tgz)
which has automake and autoconf already run.

As long as no configure.ac or Makefile.am or *.m4 has changed, you can
then cvs up from there without re-running prepare.
