What does obeydbl exactly do?

With this option i'm able to log on again, i still get errors though. am
i able to see the contacts i forgot to request an authorization for now?

Here is the output when i connect:

Differences in 0 contact groups, alltogether 4 contacts, 0 ignored, 0
hidden, 0 intimate, 4 local.
#
# Server side contact list activated, authorization restrictions apply.
#
Contact error 14 (syntax error) for 0 contacts:

the 4 contacts that exist only locally are contacts i have deleted with
another client on the serverside contact list.

Greetings

Andreas
