[climm] empty list of users online

Thank you Kjell,

I've tried to add it into config file (in connection section) directly but apparently it wasn't
recognized
Warning: Unrecognized command 'obeysbl' in configuration file, ignored.

but it triggered climm to report me users now. The difference with
previous output was:
....
Differences in 1 contact groups, alltogether 18 contacts, 0 ignored, 0 hidden, 0 intimate, 18 local.
#
# Server side contact list activated, authorization restrictions apply.
#
Contact error 14 (syntax error) for 0 contacts:
Contact upload failed, already on server.
....

also it worked after restart of climm although my change to config was
surely wiped out by climm... magic! ;-)
