[mICQ] ANNOUNCEMENT: mICQ 0.5.3 released

Compilation on clean Kubuntu Feisty without problems.. I logged in with my gmx 
account without problems and noticed two main things when testing against 
recent Miranda.

1) Message parts appear, that are not message text itself but seem to be other 
parts:

handleMessage <message xml:lang='en'/>

2) Neither authorization requesting nor granting is possible. This makes it 
impossible to add a micq jabber contact to Mirandas contact list in a way 
that someone sees, whether the micq guy is online or not.
