Okay, applied except for the i18n with minor changes (cosmetics and back
to %U for user instead of %I). Please re-sync.

Do you think people would set a different prompt depending on the current
session? If yes, then optconnection would be a good idea. Otherwise, I'd
prefer the "prompt" command to be within "set". :)

A few questions. Is it on purpose that the strings from s_status_short() are
not i18n'ed? Does adding the native status really make sense there? The
microseconds in s_strftime... seems more like too much copy&paste?
