Well, I had some sweet distractions in real life for a while. And I do
happen do have a day job.

Currently, the data for SOCKS5 is declared in include/preferences.h
and used in src/util_io.c. It might be desirable, though, to have
a per-connection setting (using the ...Opt... functions). Anyway,
those are the places to start.
