[mICQ] [patch] fix generate .cvsupdate in cvs version

Hello Ruediger!
In my system when I make
cvs checkout

$Id:$ in my source code have date format like 2007-02-27.
But in src/Makefile.am rule for making .cvsupdate expected date format like
2007/02/27.
End this broke build of micq. I make 2 patch:

micq-cvsupdate-min-fix.patch    minimal fix only
micq-cvsupdate-max-fix.patch    fix to hande date in any format

Can you commit one of them?
