[mICQ] Cannot login anymore

Hello!

At the moment (9.40 CEST) I cannot login with mICQ. I also tried to log 
in with Gaim and the "official" ICQ-Client for windows, but that doesn't 
work either.
If I log in with mICQ, it says that the application for a new ICQ-number 
was denied, although I entered my ICQ# and Password correctly again and 
again.
I tried to login on icq.com to my profile, but it says "wrong ICQ# 
and/or password". But if I typed a wrong password in mICQ, it usually 
said that the password was wrong.
I tried to ping "login.icq.com" and it answeres....
Do you have the same problem? So I hope that there is a problem with the 
icq-server and my account isn't hacked....
