[mICQ] New snapshot!

Hi,

here's a new snapshot:

Important changes:
* AIM interoperability.
  + adding, messaging, visibility works.
  + if anything does not work, let me know.
  + add contacts like this: "add AIM:bakkachan Nick"
* Jabber via libgloox.
  + you need sufficiently new versions of libieksemel
    and libgloox and a C++ compiler (i.e. g++)
  + try ./configure --enable-jabber
  + add contacts like this: "add JABBER:bakka at chan.de Nick"
  + a server connection looks like this in the micqrc:
    [Connection]
    type jabber auto
    server selfnet.at
    port 5222
    screen Tadu at selfnet.at
    password topsecret
    status online
  + messaging works, visibility works.
  + nothing else works, in particular not yet authorization.
  + + feel free to send patches.
* Changes to status file format.
  + MAKE A BACKUP OF ~/.micq/micqrc AND ~/.micq/status BEFORE
    YOU TRY OUT THIS VERSION, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
