[mICQ] mICQ Incoming MSG to PHP or Bash Script

Hello List,

It's me, Eric from Germany...
Can anybody say me how I can send the incoming
message from micq to a php or bash script.

I only know how to Post 'msg ICQ-UIN message' 
the .micq/scripting file to send a message.
but how can i responde to incoming messages
or read the incoming messages
with a php or bash script?!
