[mICQ] cannot login - Application of a new UIN denied / "Beantragung einer neuen Benutzernummer abgelehnt"

Hello!

I (and a friend who also uses micq) have a problem again with micq 0.5.1 
under Kubuntu Linux 6.06.
After I had patched micq with the new "oscar_roster.c" a month ago micq 
has been working since today.
If I want login, micq says that the Application of a new UIN was denied. 
I use the German micq and the Error-Message is

"Beantragung einer neuen Benutzernummer abgelehnt."

And if I type "login" micq says this:

mICQ> login
micq: connection.c:201: ConnectionFindUIN: Assertion `type && uin' failed.
Aborted
