[mICQ] New snapshot!

Hi,
I was not talking about the disconnect from the ICQ server. I think the CVS
version has some problem with the micqrc config files on Fedora Core 4. I
made it work using the config files from micq 0.5.1, but if no config files
are present the CVS version will segfault every time.
I just thought you might want to know this guys. I can provide additional info
if needed.
